RITUALS

"When I think about myself and how I got to be like, well, the me that I am now, I can't really think of me separate to my friends, my girls that is". This short depicts the daily occurrences​ of a woman from the more intimate to the mundane and the friends who help craft who she is.

SHAKESPEARE SCREWED OVER: MARKET PLACE

Beatrice: God, that I were a man. I would eat his heart in the marketplace. Sisterhood. Betrayal. Assault. Loyalty. Pain. Love. A reinterpretation of Beatrice's speech to Benedick. She laments the betrayal of her best friend Hero, who is publicly shamed and falsely accused of an affair by the man she loves. Beatrice swears she would do battle to defend and protect Hero, whilst the men around her dumbly watch.
